Tellef Thorleifsson
Chairman of the Board
Tellef Thorleifsson joined ChapDrive as Chairman of the board in June 2007.
Tellef Thorleifsson is a partner in NorthZone Ventures. He was the fourth to join NorthZone as a co-founder in 1996, and he has been instrumental in the fund raising and building of NorthZone Ventures to a leading Nordic venture capital firm.
In addition to his activities in NorthZone Tellef Thorleifsson was instrumental in the foundation of the Norwegian Venture Capital Association and acted as its first Chairman. He has also served as Director of both EVCA and the Swedish Venture Capital Associations.
Tellef Thorleifsson serves as Chairman of the board of Mamut ASA, Revolt Technology AS, ChapDrive AS and Solar Cell Repower AS. Tellef Thorleifsson is also a Director of Silex AB and at the University of Oslo's Technology Transfer Office (Birkeland Innovasjon AS), The Voxtra Foundation, and a member of EVCA's Investor Relations committee.
Tellef Thorleifsson holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and a master’s degree of Economics from London School of Economics.

Tellef Thorleifsson joined ChapDrive as Chairman of the board in June 2007.
Tellef Thorleifsson is a partner in NorthZone Ventures. He was the fourth to join NorthZone as a co-founder in 1996, and he has been instrumental in the fund raising and building of NorthZone Ventures to a leading Nordic venture capital firm.
In addition to his activities in NorthZone Tellef Thorleifsson was instrumental in the foundation of the Norwegian Venture Capital Association and acted as its first Chairman. He has also served as Director of both EVCA and the Swedish Venture Capital Associations.

Torben Bjerre-Madsen
Board member
Torben Bjerre-Madsen joined ChapDrive as board member in June 2007 as external industry representative.
Torben Bjerre-Madsen has over 10 years of experience and a substantial network within the renewable energy sector obtained from his work as board member in renewable energy companies and his previous positions as CEO of NEG Micon A/S and Deputy CEO of Vestas Wind Systems A/S.
Torben Bjerre-Madsen is a non-executive Board Member in a number of international companies, including companies within the renewable energy sector (solar, wind and biogas) among them Hansen Transmission B.V., VKR Holding A/S, SolarCap A/S, MAKE Consulting ApS and Superfos A/S.

Ståle Myhre joined ChapDrive as board member in June 2007.
Ståle Myhre has substantial experience in managing venture investments obtained from his work in various positions in the StatoilHydro Group. He joined Energy Capital Management AS (the Venture arm of StatoilHydro ASA) as partner in 2009 coming from a position as Investment Manager in Statoil Innovation.
In his previous career Ståle Myhre held positions as General Manager in Sparbanken 1 Midt-Norge and was a Business Consultant at Arthur Andersen.
